Every fiber has a job. Our riggers help you match the right construction to your boat, your budget, and how you sail.

High Performance
Dyneema & Spectra

In-House Capability

Hydraulic Proof Loading for High-Load Rope Work.

Rigworks has a hydraulic ram mounted to a 25-foot long steel I-beam specifically for cycling custom high-load loops, strops, and soft shackles. Most shops can’t touch this kind of work.

This setup allows us to proof-load and cycle soft rigging components under real working loads before they go on your boat — giving you confidence that every custom strop, lifting loop, or soft shackle we build has been tested to perform.

What We Can Build & Test
  • Custom high-load loops & strops
  • Soft shackles in Dyneema & Dynice DUX
  • Lifting bridles & crane slings
  • Standing rigging fiber assemblies
  • Proof-loaded to working load before delivery
